"It is always a risk introducing an external consultant to a client. I couldn't be more delighted with the feedback I've received about Charlotte's work with their graduate team member."

Your employee wants to get things right.
Their manager wants them to take more initiative.
Your employee doesn't want to ask too many questions.
Their manager wishes they'd ask for help sooner.
Your employee is thinking carefully before speaking.
Their manager wonders why they're so quiet in meetings.
Your employee thinks they're following instructions.
Their manager expected them to use their own judgement.
Your employee wants to know how they're doing.
Their manager wonders why they need so much reassurance.
Your employee thinks they're being respectful by waiting to be asked.
Their manager interprets it as a lack of enthusiasm.
Both want the same thing. But they're not always understanding each other.
The skills and behaviours that bring success in education aren't always the ones that workplaces expect. And valuable capability can get overlooked in the process.
The Early-Career Blueprint helps them close that gap, with clearer expectations, better communication and a practical plan for moving forward together.

1. Manager Consultation
We begin with a 45-minute conversation to understand the role, the challenges you're experiencing and what you'd like to see improve.
2. Employee questionnaire and DISC profile
Your employee completes an onboarding questionnaire and DISC behavioural profile to explore their strengths, communication preferences and natural ways of working.
3. Individual Blueprint session
In a confidential two-hour coaching session, we explore your employee's strengths, the expectations they're navigating and what might be preventing their abilities from coming across at work. Together, we identify practical strategies to help them contribute more effectively.
4. Joint development meeting
A few days later, we meet together for 45 minutes to agree an Early Career Blueprint Action Plan, with clear priorities and practical actions for both employee and manager.
Your employee's individual coaching conversations remain confidential. Only information they've agreed to share is discussed.
5. Progress review
Around four weeks later, we meet for 30 minutes to review progress against the agreed goals and identify next steps.

I'm Charlotte Noon, founder of Quietly Brilliant People.
For over 20 years, I've worked with young people and adults navigating education, employment and important transitions.
As a former teacher and experienced coach, I understand both what education prepares young people for and what workplaces expect of them.
My specialist knowledge of introversion and neurodivergence helps me recognise strengths and capabilities that aren't always immediately visible.
I understand why talented young people can struggle to demonstrate what they're capable of at work. And I help employees and managers close that gap together.
