Every professional I work with starts here.
A one-off, two-hour coaching deep dive to help you recognise your strengths, understand how you work best and make informed decisions about how you want to contribute, grow and move forward.
This isn't an introduction to coaching. It's the foundation of everything that follows.
Many professionals leave with the clarity they need to move forward. For others, it becomes the starting point for a longer coaching journey, where we put those insights into practice together.

The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint is particularly valuable whenever you're at a career crossroads, including starting a new role, stepping into leadership, returning to work, considering a career change, or simply feeling stuck despite knowing you're capable.

...know you're good at your job but struggle to explain what makes you valuable.
...work hard behind the scenes while others seem to get the recognition.
...find yourself overthinking meetings, conversations or opportunities after they've happened.
...feel stuck between where you are and where you know you're capable of being.
...keep telling yourself you just need to be more confident.
...are quietly capable but often overlooked because you don't naturally shout the loudest.

I've spent over 20 years watching capable people underestimate themselves because they believed the problem was that they weren't confident enough.
It wasn't.
The problem was that nobody had ever helped them recognise the value of the qualities that came most naturally to them.
Deep thinking.
Careful decision-making.
Creativity.
Focus.
Emotional intelligence.
Listening.
Thoughtful leadership.
These aren't weaknesses to overcome.
They're strengths that many quietly brilliant people dismiss because they don't always look like confidence in today's workplaces.
The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint was created to change that.
It helps you recognise your natural strengths, understand how you work best and learn how to communicate your value without pretending to be someone you're not.
Because when you stop measuring yourself against the loudest person in the room, you finally begin to see what everyone else has been missing.

1. Your questionnaire
You'll complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire designed to help me understand your experiences, strengths, challenges and goals before our session.
Once you've returned this, you'll receive a DISC profile to complete at least one week before we meet. This gives us a deeper understanding of how you naturally communicate, make decisions and respond to different environments.
2. Your coaching session
During our two-hour coaching session, we'll explore:
- your strengths and natural ways of working
- your values and what motivates you
- the environments where you thrive
- patterns that may be keeping you stuck
- the contribution you're uniquely placed to make
- practical next steps to help you move forward with clarity
3. Your Quietly Brilliant Blueprint
After the session, you'll receive a written summary of your key insights, along with practical actions you can begin putting into practice straight away.
Many people find this gives them all the clarity they need.
For others, it becomes the foundation for a longer coaching journey as we continue to build on what we've uncovered together.

Not in the traditional sense. Rather than telling you what job you should do, the Quietly Brilliant Blueprint helps you understand your strengths, values and the environments where you're most likely to thrive, so you can make informed decisions about your own future.
Absolutely. Many of the people I work with are already successful. They're simply aware that they're not contributing as fully as they'd like, are questioning what's next, or want to understand themselves better before making their next move.
DISC is a behavioural profile that helps us understand how you naturally prefer to communicate, make decisions and respond to different situations.
I use it as one part of a much bigger coaching conversation. Combined with your onboarding questionnaire and our session together, it helps us build a clearer picture of your natural strengths, preferences and the environments where you're most likely to thrive.
DISC doesn't tell you who you are. It simply gives us another lens through which to understand how you work best.
That's exactly why many people come. You don't need to have a clear goal before we start. The session is designed to help you gain clarity before deciding on your next steps.
No. The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint is a coaching session, not therapy.
That said, it's completely normal for people to talk about personal experiences or become emotional during our work together. Most people I coach do. When you've spent years doubting yourself, masking your strengths or carrying unhelpful beliefs about who you are, it's not unusual for those emotions to surface.
There's no expectation to "keep it together" in our sessions. You don't need to edit yourself or apologise for how you feel.
The difference is that our focus isn't on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. We use those experiences, where they're relevant, to help you better understand yourself, recognise your strengths and move forward with greater clarity.
