Every young person I work with starts here.
A one-off, two-hour coaching deep dive to help you recognise your strengths, understand what you bring and work out where you want to go next.
This isn't another careers questionnaire telling you what job you should do. It's an opportunity to understand yourself, recognise what makes you valuable and explore the opportunities that are right for you.
Many young people leave with the clarity they need to move forward. For others, it becomes the starting point for a longer coaching journey, where we put those insights into practice together.

The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint is particularly valuable when you're making decisions about your future after education, whether that's considering university or an apprenticeship, applying for jobs, starting work or realising that the path you've chosen isn't quite right for you.

...have worked hard to get the grades but aren't sure what to do with them.
...have no idea what you're good at or what you want to do next.
...know you have something to offer but struggle to explain it in applications or interviews.
...keep applying for jobs but aren't getting anywhere.
...have started working but feel that nobody recognises what you're capable of.
...feel under pressure to choose a path when you're not even sure what you want.
...know you're capable of more but aren't sure how to make it happen.

I've spent over 20 years helping young people succeed in education.
But getting the grades is only part of the story.
You're expected to make decisions about your future, explain your strengths and convince people of what you have to offer.
Yet nobody has necessarily helped you work out what those strengths are.
Your qualifications show what you know. They don't tell the whole story of what you bring.
The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint helps you recognise your strengths, understand where you thrive and communicate your value without pretending to be someone you're not.

1. Your questionnaire
You'll complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire designed to help me understand your experiences, strengths, challenges and goals before our session.
Once you've returned this, you'll receive a DISC profile to complete at least one week before we meet. This gives us a deeper understanding of how you naturally communicate, make decisions and respond to different environments.
2. Your coaching session
During our two-hour coaching session, we'll explore 3 questions:
Who are you? Your strengths, interests and values.
What do you bring? Your skills, talents and unique contribution.
Where do you thrive? The environments and opportunities where you can do your best work.
Together, we'll identify practical next steps.
3. Your Quietly Brilliant Blueprint
You'll receive a personalised written summary of your strengths, key insights and practical actions to help you move forward.
For some, this provides all the clarity they need. For others, it's the foundation for further coaching.

Not in the traditional sense. Rather than telling you what job you should do, the Quietly Brilliant Blueprint helps you understand your strengths, values and the environments where you're most likely to thrive, so you can make informed decisions about your own future.
DISC is a behavioural profile that helps us understand how you naturally prefer to communicate, make decisions and respond to different situations.
I use it as one part of a much bigger coaching conversation. Combined with your onboarding questionnaire and our session together, it helps us build a clearer picture of your natural strengths, preferences and the environments where you're most likely to thrive.
DISC doesn't tell you who you are. It simply gives us another lens through which to understand how you work best.
That's exactly why many people come. You don't need to have a clear goal before we start. The session is designed to help you gain clarity before deciding on your next steps.
No. The Quietly Brilliant Blueprint is a coaching session, not therapy.
That said, it's completely normal for people to talk about personal experiences or become emotional during our work together. Most people I coach do. When you've spent years doubting yourself, masking your strengths or carrying unhelpful beliefs about who you are, it's not unusual for those emotions to surface.
There's no expectation to "keep it together" in our sessions. You don't need to edit yourself or apologise for how you feel.
The difference is that our focus isn't on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. We use those experiences, where they're relevant, to help you better understand yourself, recognise your strengths and move forward with greater clarity.

Absolutely. Many of the people I work with are already successful. They're simply aware that they're not contributing as fully as they'd like, are questioning what's next, or want to understand themselves better before making their next move.
